These terms govern your use of the Moonfleck website. They do not govern any consulting or development work we carry out for you, which is covered by a separate written agreement.

Using this site

You may read, print and share the content here for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a machine learning model without our written permission.

The free tools

The assessments, calculators and AI assistant on this site are provided to help you think, not to give professional advice. Their outputs are estimates and general guidance. They are produced in part by AI systems, which can be wrong.

Do not make a financial, legal, employment or clinical decision on the basis of a result from one of these tools without taking appropriate advice. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on them.

Do not submit confidential information

Please do not enter personal data about other people, commercially sensitive information, or anything covered by a confidentiality obligation into the tools or contact forms on this site. If you need to share something sensitive, email us at hello@moonfleck.com and we will agree a secure route.

Accuracy of content

We write carefully and update when we learn we were wrong, but the articles and guidance here are general in nature and may not apply to your circumstances. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or regulatory advice.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Moonfleck unless stated otherwise. Work we produce under a client agreement is governed by that agreement, and our standard position is that you own it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
